Trading.Red provides market dashboards, watchlists, alerts, automated analytical outputs, and related subscription features. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for maintaining the security of your account.
Trading.Red provides educational, informational, and analytical software outputs. Any model output, ticker screen, watchlist item, alert, support/resistance area, invalidation area, confidence score, or archive item is a hypothetical market-analysis datapoint, not a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise transact in any security, crypto asset, derivative, currency, or financial instrument.
Trading.Red is not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, portfolio manager, investment company, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or suitability advice, and no user relationship with Trading.Red creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
Trading.Red does not collect or evaluate your complete financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, tax status, portfolio concentration, or time horizon. You must not treat the service as determining whether any trade or investment is suitable for you.
You are solely responsible for independent research, risk management, position sizing, trade execution, tax consequences, and compliance with laws that apply to you. Consider consulting a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, payment risk, or unlawful use.
The price, currency, billing period, purpose, renewal terms, and payment method are displayed before purchase. Under the current access policy, registered users receive complimentary PRO+ access and optional recurring subscriptions support product and mobile app development. Recurring subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals without changing complimentary access while that policy remains active.
Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to conformity of digital services and withdrawal from distance contracts, are not limited by these Terms. The Refund Policy and Subscription and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.
The operator, personnel, data providers, or model developers may hold interests in instruments displayed by the service. Trading.Red does not trade on behalf of users. Any material known conflict connected with a published analysis should be disclosed with that analysis.
You may use the service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or present automated outputs as regulated or personalised advice without written permission and all legally required disclosures.
Features and limits may change prospectively. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect where required by law. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security, or legal reasons.
Send complaints to support@trading.red. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days. These Terms are governed by the law of Not configured, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Consumers may use competent consumer authorities and courts.
