Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plans
PRO and PRO+ are optional monthly supporter subscriptions unless otherwise stated at checkout. Registered users currently receive complimentary PRO+ access whether or not they purchase one.
Renewal
A recurring plan renews each month at the price shown at checkout unless cancelled. The checkout identifies when a selected payment method creates recurring billing. A price change applies only after legally required advance notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel future billing from Subscription Management or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and the paid supporter period continues until the end of the current billing period. Complimentary PRO+ access remains separate under the current access policy. Cancellation is different from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Plan Changes
Changes between supporter levels may take effect after payment confirmation or at the end of the current billing period depending on provider behavior. They do not change complimentary PRO+ access under the current policy.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, the paid supporter subscription may be paused until payment is successfully completed. Complimentary PRO+ access is unaffected under the current policy.
